The lower-power sibling in the Ryzen 8040 mobile lineup: the same eight Zen 4 cores, 16 threads and 16MB of L3 cache as the 8845HS, but a 28W default TDP against that chip's 45W, with a narrower 20W-30W configurable range rather than 35W-54W. Boost still reaches 5.1GHz from a 3.3GHz base, with Radeon 780M graphics and 4nm process technology carried over unchanged.
