7950X3D 的 12 核版本：同样是 3D V-Cache 加持的 128MB L3 缓存和 120W TDP，加速频率 5.6GHz、基础频率 4.4GHz，线程数为 24 而非 32。相比旗舰 X3D 少了 4 个核心，但由于驱动它的缓存池不变，对游戏性能影响很小，多核负载则相应缩水。不含散热器，与 X3D 系列其他型号一致。
