Corsair CX650 Spec and Price in France

80 Plus Bronze650WATX

The CX is the plain end of Corsair's range and makes no secret of it: fixed cables, an ATX12V v2.31 platform, and 80 PLUS Bronze efficiency of up to 88%. What it buys you is size — a 125mm casing that drops into cases a longer unit fights — and a thermally controlled 120mm fan that only speeds up under heavy load. Three SATA connectors and two PCIe 6+2 plugs make it a single-graphics-card supply rather than a workstation one. Corsair covers the 550W, 650W and 750W for five years.

What owners and reviewers say

Summarised from 1 source(s), reviewed September 13, 2026. A source is counted only where it names this model exactly. How we track prices

Commonly praised

  • Reviewers found it affordable while still delivering full power at 41 C, with tight load regulation and low vampire power.
  • Its 5VSB rail is highly efficient and it has long cables.

Commonly criticised

  • Hold-up time is very low and the +12V transient response could be better, with fairly high 230V inrush current.
  • It is non-modular, has only one EPS connector, and its fan profile could be less aggressive.
