Noctua
NH-D9L Spec and Price in the United States
Air
A dual-tower cooler shrunk onto a 92 mm fan: 110 mm tall and 95 mm square, which is what makes it fit 3U and 4U rack chassis as well as ITX cases. Four heatpipes and one NF-A9 PWM fan to 2000 rpm at 22.8 dB(A). Noctua rates it NSPR 88, the same figure as the much wider NH-L12S, and ships clips for a second NF-A9 in the box.
