Core i7-14700KF Spec and Price in the United States
Released October 17, 2023 · $394.00 MSRP
The F-suffix twin to the 14700K: identical twenty cores split eight Performance and twelve Efficient, the same 5.6GHz boost and 33MB of L3 cache, but with the UHD Graphics 770 die removed — a discrete GPU becomes mandatory. Dropping integrated graphics trims $25 off the 14700K's boxed price without touching CPU performance; the same 253W maximum turbo power still applies. It suits builders who already have a graphics card and don't need the fallback iGPU.
Tied 10th of 65 models in the CPU catalog on Boost clock — 7 models share this figure. Tied 30th of 65 models in the CPU catalog on L3 cache — 2 models share this figure.

What owners and reviewers say
Summarised from 1 source(s), reviewed September 13, 2026. A source is counted only where it names this model exactly. How we track prices
Commonly praised
- Blisteringly fast with good value for money, the extra cores substantially boosting productivity workloads at roughly the same price as last year's model.
Commonly criticised
- Runs hot and uses a lot of power under full load, needing capable cooling, with minimal gains over the previous generation.
